How quickly will my order arrive? Will a notification of the delivery be received in advance?
We usually have stock of all the KOHLER products featured on our website and you can expect delivery with 3 to 7 days. We supply the full range of KOHLER products some of which are not on our website or held in stock. We will be pleased to provide specific lead times for all the KOHLER products that you may be interested in.
Enhanced Scheduled Delivery Option (additional £10 inc VAT)
For Taps, Showers & Accessories
The day before your delivery is due you will receive a text message (or an email if a mobile number is not provided) from our courier to notify you that the delivery will arrive the following day. On the day of delivery you will receive a message providing an hour's slot for which the delivery is scheduled. Both text messages also allow you to contact the courier to change the day and time of the delivery if the arrangements are not convenient. (Weekdays only).
For Toilets, Sinks, Baths, Shower Enclosures
As these items are more bulky and you may need to plan for the delivery, our courier will contact you in advance by phone once the items are at the local courier depot and agree a delivery date with you before any delivery is attempted.
Orders that have a combination of sanitary ware and tapware on them, will normally be delivered as a single delivery using the Bulky Items Delivery Procedure.
Is a Saturday delivery possible?
Deliveries are normally made Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. Deliveries on a Saturday are possible by special arrangement, please contact us when placing your order. Not all areas of the UK are covered by a Saturday delivery service, please check with us in advance.
Emergency Delivery Service
If you require your goods more urgently please contact us in the UK on 01603 489274 (Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm).
We will respond within 1 hour with the options (and costs) to deliver your order more quickly. In some cases this can be same day or next day and include a weekend delivery.
Special Delivery Arrangements (e.g. Restricted Access)
Larger items including furniture, showers, sanitaryware and baths will be delivered using our pallet network partner. This delivery will take place on a lorry with a tail lift. If you live in an area where delivery by lorry is not possible due to access restrictions please can you advise us of this at the time of ordering by e-mail. We will try to accommodate access restrictions using our delivery network, but it may be necessary to make additional charges for delivery if we have to cross ship items to smaller vehicles locally to access your property.

How do I get a cost for delivery to a non-UK mainland destination?
For deliveries to addresses on offshore islands, Northern Ireland or anywhere that is not a UK mainland address, please contact the KOHMA UK Customer Service Team on 01603 489274 or email@example.com for a delivery quote.
Receiving your Product(s)
All goods will be delivered at ground floor level only and will require level access. Please open your goods carefully as the packaging will need to be in good order should you wish to return them.
